Ordering any of our Products or Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Changes to these terms and conditions may occur from time to time. Sales will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time the order is placed and paid for unless any change is required by law or governmental authority in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you. We will not be liable to you or in breach for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

The price of the Products, Services and delivery charges are quoted on our site. Product and Service prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time.

The prices of Product and Service are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT (2.5% in Switzerland for coffee, 7.7% for other products).

After placing an order, you will receive online notification (and if you provide us with an email, with an email in addition) acknowledging that we have received your order. This order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product or Service and does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the Product or Service that you ordered from us and this constitutes the contract. Products and Services remain our property until the full price specified has been paid for and payment received.

Delivery of Product or Service will be fulfilled within a reasonable time of the date indicated at the time of ordering, unless there are exceptional circumstances. We make every effort to deliver by the date indicated on our website, but these are not binding. We deliver only within Switzerland.

If you wish to cancel your Product or Service order for any reason or to return it, you can send it back us within 14 days after the first delivery date. You must inform us of your intention to return the goods in writing and you are responsible for return costs. You will receive a full refund of the price paid excluding postage costs to you. Given the type of product, unfortunately, Product or Service that has been opened cannot be returned. In the event that you received a Product or Service that is damaged on delivery then please inform us of this in writing as soon as possible. If a Product is returned to us damaged and you have not informed us that the Product was damaged when you received it then we may refuse your right to cancel or receive a refund.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information given at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry by whatever means is collected lawfully.
